Key Responsibilities
- **Strategy & Execution**:Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns across various online channels.
- **Content Management**:Create, write, and optimize content for websites and social media, including managing online listings.
- **SEO & Website Optimization**:Conduct keyword research, optimize website content for SEO, and ensure the site's user experience and performance.
- **Social Media Oversight**:Manage and maintain the organization's social media accounts and strategy.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, website traffic, and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- **Budget Management**:Prepare and manage digital marketing budgets and expenses.
- **Trend Analysis**:Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with internal marketing teams, designers, developers, and other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.

**Required Skills**:

- **Analytical Skills**:Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and use insights to optimize campaigns and strategies.
- **Creativity**:Strong creative problem-solving skills for developing engaging campaigns and content.
- **Technical Proficiency**:Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and advertising platforms.
- **Communication**:Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating content and collaborating with team members.
- **Proactiveness**:A proactive approach to testing new ideas and staying ahead of industry trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
