**About the Role**

We are seeking a **data-driven and technically skilled ADS Associate** to join our growing analytics team. This role is perfect for early-career professionals with a strong background in **data analytics**, **statistical modeling**, and **machine learning**, who are passionate about deriving insights from large, complex datasets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and implement **data models**, **algorithms**, and **statistical solutions** to analyze structured and unstructured datasets.
- Perform **data cleansing**, **data transformation**, and **feature engineering** for model development.
- Use tools like **Python (pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy)**, **R*, or**Java* for data processing and modeling.
- Build interactive **dashboards** and **visualizations** using tools such as **Tableau**, **Power BI**, or **Matplotlib**.
- Collaborate with **cross-functional teams** (e.g., product managers, engineers, marketing analysts) to translate business requirements into data solutions.
- Utilize **big data platforms** and **cloud services** like **Hadoop**, **Amazon Web Services (AWS)**, **Spark**, or **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)**.
- Support the integration of new **data pipelines**, **APIs**, and **data sources** into analytical workflows.
- Document methodologies and present findings to **non-technical stakeholders** in a clear, concise manner.

**Required Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a role such as **Data Analyst**, **Business Intelligence Analyst**, **Junior Data Scientist**, or **Quantitative Analyst**.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Computer Science**, **Statistics**, **Mathematics**, **Data Science**, **Econometrics**, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language**:Python**, **R*, or**Java*.
- Familiarity with **SQL** and experience querying large-scale relational or NoSQL databases.
- Working knowledge of **cloud computing** and **data lake technologies** (AWS S3, Redshift, EMR, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of **statistical concepts**, **data modeling**, and **advanced analytics techniques** (e.g., clustering, classification, forecasting).

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in **data storytelling** and presenting results to business or executive audiences.
- Background in **natural language processing (NLP)**, **recommender systems**, or **social media analytics**.
- Experience with **version control tools** like **Git/GitHub** and **agile development** practices.
- Ability to manage **multiple datasets**, work with **ETL pipelines**, and contribute to **data governance** efforts.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
