**Job Summary: Placement Incharge - Hotel Management**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitality organizations for student placements (internships & jobs).
- Make calls to alumni for Placement Co-ordination.
- Manage Placement Groups of Students and Alumni.
- Coordinate campus interviews, industry visits, and guest lectures.
- Guide and mentor students on career planning, resume writing, interview preparation, and soft skills.
- Track placement progress and maintain placement records.
- Liaise with faculty and the academic team to align student skills with industry needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Hotel Management (mandatory).
- Minimum of 3 years industry experience.
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of current hospitality industry trends and recruitment practices.
- Passion for student development and institutional growth.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kapashera, New Delhi, New Delhi - 110037, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- Making lesson Plans: 1 year (preferred)
