**Position: Full-Time - Dance Teacher**
**Specializations: (Western, and Folk Dance,Bharatanatyam)**

**Education : Bachler of Fine Arts (B.F.A) or Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A) - only can apply**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Instruct students in Bharatanatyam, Western, and Folk dance forms using a variety of effective teaching methodologies.
- Design comprehensive dance curriculums and prepare structured lesson plans.
- Choreograph engaging dance routines and select appropriate music for performances, recitals, and events.
- Deliver both group and private dance lessons as needed.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Inspire, encourage, and support students in achieving their dance goals.
- Maintain a positive, creative, and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow instructors, staff, and students from diverse backgrounds.
- Stay updated with trends and developments in dance education and integrate innovative techniques into the curriculum.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in teaching Bharatanatyam, Western, and Folk dance styles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage classes of various age groups and skill levels.
- Creative, energetic, and student-focused approach to teaching.
