Urgent Opening For **CRM Executive For one of the leading Jewelery industry**

**position Name : CRM**
**Experience : 3+years in diamond /Gold**
**Qualification : Any Degree**
**Skills required : Jewelery experience is Must**
**Location : Bangalore**

**Roles & Responsbilities**:

- Maintain and update customer database, including contact information and purchase history.
- Provide insights and support to the sales team for personalized service.
- Engage with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
- Assist in executing promotions and marketing campaigns for existing and potential customers.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform service improvements.
- Analyze customer data for insights and provide reports for strategic decisions.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints to ensure a positive experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
