**Requirements**:

- **Culinary Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required. Culinary school diploma or certificate in baking and pastry arts preferred.
- **Relevant Experience**: Previous experience in a bakery or kitchen environment is advantageous but not essential. Willingness to learn and passion for baking are key.
- **Basic Baking Skills**: Familiarity with fundamental baking techniques, such as measuring ingredients, mixing doughs, and operating baking equipment.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately, ensuring precise measurements and consistent quality in finished products.
- **Physical Stamina**: Capable of standing for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, and performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
