Telesales Executive

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases or leads.
Explain real estate projects, property features, pricing, and payment plans to customers.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
Schedule site visits and follow up to ensure client participation.
Maintain an updated record of calls, inquiries, and conversions using MS Excel or CRM tools.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to close deals.
Handle inbound calls, inquiries, and provide accurate information.
Achieve weekly and monthly call and conversion targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Telecaller / Telesales Executive, preferably in the Real Estate sector.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in [English/Hindi/Local Language].
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM software, and basic computer operations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
