**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Help with **loading and unloading raw materials**, finished components, and machines.
- Help in the **basic assembly** and fitting of weighing and bagging machines and conveyor systems.
- Support welders, fitters, machinists, and technicians with handling tools, materials, and small parts.
- Keep the workshop, tools, and equipment **clean and organized**.
- Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Support in **packing, crating, or loading** finished machines for dispatch.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or production head.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a factory or mechanical workshop is preferred but **not mandatory**.
- Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and manual labor.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to work in a **team-oriented and fast-paced environment**.
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.

**Preferred**:

- Familiarity with mechanical tools and machine components.
- Experience working in an industrial or machine-building environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,140.44 - ₹16,000.00 per month
