
Front Desk Specilist

**Salary Range : 2.4 LPA to 3.6 LPA**
**Preferable: Female**
**Greeting Customers/Clients**: Welcoming visitors, clients, and customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
**Managing Phone Calls**: Answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate personnel, and taking messages when necessary.
**Scheduling Appointments**: Coordinating schedules and appointments for clients or customers with staff members.
**Maintaining Records**: Keeping track of appointments, client information, and other records using software or manual filing systems.
**Providing Information**: Offering information about the company's products, services, or policies to customers or clients.
**Assisting with Administrative Tasks**: Supporting other departments with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
**Handling Payments**: Processing payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate financial records.
**Resolving Customer Issues**: Addressing customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner, and escalating issues to management when necessary.
**Ensuring Front Desk Operations**: Overseeing the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, and ensuring that equipment such as phones and computers are functioning properly.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
