The Pre Primary Coordinator & Mother Teachers play a pivotal role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. The Pre Primary Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the curriculum, activities, and overall development of the pre-primary program. Mother Teachers work closely with young children to provide a caring and educational experience.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans

2. Coordinate with teachers to ensure smooth functioning of the pre-primary program

3. Conduct regular assessments to track student progress

4. Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

5. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development

6. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills

7. Provide emotional support and guidance to young children

8. Organize special events and activities for students

9. Collaborate with other staff members to promote holistic child development

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; Montessori Trained

2. Prior experience working with young children in an educational setting

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

4. Patient, compassionate, and nurturing approach towards children

5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

6. Familiarity with modern teaching techniques and educational trends

7. Dedication to creating a positive learning experience for children

**Salary**: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
