We are Millions Kart, a dynamic Advertising Services company focused on delivering excellent D2C(E-Commence) experiences. We are looking for a creative and driven Digital Marketer to join our team and help scale our digital marketing efforts.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Plan and implement effective D2C marketing strategies to boost online sales.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to drive growth and efficiency.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and sales conversion rates.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create engaging ad content.
- Identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage and convert.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of digital marketing trends and platform changes.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on D2C campaigns.
- Hands-on experience in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Proven track record in driving sales conversions.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and optimizing campaigns based on data insights.
- Ability to adapt quickly, solve problems, and deliver results.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in e-commerce or consumer-focused products.
- Knowledge of other advertising channels is a plus.
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is advantageous.
