We are looking for **Dispatch Supervisor **with wide rage of responsibilities as mentioned below.

**Role and Responsibility**
- Plan Product dispatch as per scheduling by Sales Coordinator
- Assign work and provide support to production labour to get dispatches done on time.
- Update sales team on schedules
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy, meeting quality and timeliness
- Prepare outward challan in Tally
- Filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Inform clients or sales team of unforeseen delays or problems in transportation
- Co-ordinate for manufacturing samples for sales team or clients with other vendors.
- Check suitable freight costs for all dispatches and develop vendors for the same.
- Provide timely reports to immediate Manager as requested.

**Key skill**
- Good at labour handling
- Possess very strong interpersonal skills and be able to discuss dispatch issues with Transport Vendors, Customers, sales team and managers.
- Should exert sound judgment, discretion and preserve confidentiality
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Good coordination with all other department members
- Attention to detail
- Can work well in a fast-paced environment
- Self-Starter who is proactive and motivated

**Qualifications**
- Any Graduate.
- Excel knowledge imp
- up to 2 years of experience work with the manufacturing industry
