Principal

We are looking for a new principal to join our team ( **Om Siva Saraswathi School, Panamalai - Villupuram** **) **and foster a healthy learning environment for our students. Your primary responsibilities will be to supervise our education staff and oversee day-to-day school operations.

**Responsibilities**
- To develop and deploy appropriate Strategies, Action Plans to take forward the Academy and build to a truly world-class Academy.
- To provide Leadership to build to a strong scholastic and co-scholastic team along with administration to enhance the overall performance of the Academy.
- Responsible for continuous assessment, benchmarking, innovation, and implementation of appropriate processes to constantly improve.
- Effectively meet set expectations on Revenue, Cost optimization, and other finance-related matters.
- Effectively manage People, Infrastructure, and other resources.
- Enhance theBrand Equity of the School and connect with Stakeholders, in a regulatory-compliant manner with a view to the future at all times.
