Roles and Responsibilities A Teaching and Academic Responsibilities Conduct theory and practical classes for B Sc GNM Nursing students as per INC and University guidelines Prepare lesson plans teaching materials and PowerPoint presentations Use innovative teaching methodologies such as simulation case study and group discussion Supervise and guide students in both classroom and clinical settings Conduct internal assessments practical examinations and maintain evaluation records Provide academic guidance mentoring and counseling to students B Clinical and Practical Training Demonstrate and supervise nursing procedures in hospital and community postings Coordinate with hospital and community centers for student training schedules Monitor students clinical performance case presentations and care plans Ensure maintenance of practical record books clinical diaries and drug books C Administrative and Institutional Responsibilities Maintain attendance lesson plan records and student performance documentation Assist in preparation of academic timetables reports and work distribution charts Participate in organizing college programs workshops health camps and community outreach activities Support smooth functioning of day-to-day administrative activities of the department college D NAAC and Quality Assurance Work Assist in preparation and documentation for NAAC accreditation and other quality audits Maintain departmental records reports and evidence files required for NAAC criteria Support data collection report preparation and participation in IQAC-related activities Contribute to institutional quality enhancement initiatives and committee work E Other Duties Participate actively in faculty meetings committees and institutional development activities Attend continuing education programs and faculty development workshops Undertake any other responsibility assigned by the Principal or Head of Department Qualifications and Requirements M Sc Nursing B Sc Nursing from a recognized institution with 1 year of Professional Experience Good communication and teaching skills Basic computer knowledge MS Office documentation online forms Prior teaching or clinical experience preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Required Experience Professional 1 year Required Work Location In person
