**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented **Tele Collection Executive** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers and recovering outstanding payments while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly attitude.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups on overdue accounts
- Negotiate repayment plans and ensure timely collections
- Update system records accurately after every call
- Handle customer objections professionally and escalate complex cases
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly collection targets
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and regulatory guidelines

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Graduate
- Good communication skills in [language - Tamil]
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel)
- Prior experience in collections, tele calling, or BPO will be an added advantage

**Work Timings**:

- Day Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- 6 days working (Sunday off)

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
