We are US based logistic Company and have an operation set up in Jalandhar. (Fluent English Required) This role will be responsible for procuring customers and moving their freight.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Manage customer/carrier relationships.

Establish customer business and oversee account management processes.

Upsell and retain customers.

Self-motivated and customer service-oriented Build relationships with owner-operators to further service business as needed.

Negotiate rates. Source carriers.

Generate sales leads.

Track load status.

EXPERIENCE

Freight agent experience is preferred.

1-2+ years of prior experience in a Voice Process sales-related role. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
