**Job Summary**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Quality Assurance Engineer** to ensure the quality of civil construction works across all project phases. The QA Engineer will develop and implement quality assurance protocols, inspect construction processes and materials, and ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement **QA plans and procedures** in line with project requirements, industry standards, and client expectations.
- Review and ensure adherence to **construction drawings, specifications, codes**, and standards.
- Conduct **site inspections** to verify construction methods, materials, and workmanship.
- Coordinate with **QA/QC inspectors, engineers, and contractors** to resolve non-conformities or quality issues.
- Monitor and verify **material quality**, including sampling, testing, and reporting.
- Maintain **quality records** and documentation (inspection reports, test results, NCRs, corrective actions).
- Support **internal and external audits** and ensure closure of audit findings.
- Conduct or support **training** for site personnel on quality standards and procedures.
- Work closely with project stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely delivery of quality deliverables.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- [2-7] years of experience in **quality assurance in civil construction**.
- Strong understanding of **construction materials, processes, standards (e.g., IS, ASTM, BS)**.
- Experience with **quality management systems (QMS)** such as ISO 9001.
- Familiar with **construction software and tools** (AutoCAD, MS Office, QA/QC reporting tools).
- Excellent **analytical, problem-solving, and communication** skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment.

**Preferred**
- Certification in Quality Assurance/Quality Control (e.g., **ASQ, NDT, ISO Lead Auditor**).
- Previous experience with large-scale **infrastructure, residential, or commercial** projects.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
