A Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer's job is to ensure software products meet quality standards before release by testing, identifying defects, and collaborating with developers to fix them. They develop and execute test plans, report issues, and often automate tests to improve efficiency and reliability. Key Responsibilities of a QA Engineer:

- **Testing**:Conducting various types of tests, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing, to identify bugs and ensure the software functions as intended.
- **Defect Reporting and Tracking**:Identifying, reporting, and tracking issues in the software, ensuring they are resolved effectively.
- **Test Plan and Case Development**:Designing and creating detailed test plans and test cases to cover all aspects of the software.
- **Automation**:Developing and executing automated tests to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency.
- **Collaboration**:Working closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that quality standards are met.
- **Requirement Analysis**:Understanding and analyzing product requirements and specifications to ensure the software meets the necessary criteria.
- **Documentation**:Maintaining comprehensive documentation of tests, test cases, and defects.
- **Performance Monitoring**:Monitoring program performance to ensure efficient and problem-free operations.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Identifying areas for improvement in the quality assurance process and suggesting solutions.
- **KPI Identification**:Identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) for product quality and tracking them.
- **Stay Up-to-Date**:Keeping abreast of the latest testing tools and techniques.

Pay: ₹19,624.59 - ₹32,921.44 per month
