We’re hiring a **Technical Associate** to ensure flawless execution of TikTok Shop backend operations. This person will manage shop setup, troubleshoot integration issues, and support the technical aspects of TikTok Shop optimization for our clients.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Set up and maintain TikTok Shops: product catalog management, pricing, inventory syncing, shipping settings, and platform compliance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues (e.g. sync failures, API integration bugs, pixel setup).
- Work cross-functionally with brand managers and developers to ensure operational continuity.
- Assist in integrating TikTok Shop with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce.
- Create and maintain documentation on TikTok Shop setup processes and best practices.
- Stay up to date on TikTok Shop features, policy changes, and technical enhancements.

**Who You Are**:

- 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, technical marketing, or marketplace setup.
- Strong working knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplace tools (e.g. TikTok Shop, Shopify, etc).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to manage multiple accounts with accuracy.
- Comfortable working across teams to bridge gaps between marketing, tech, and client ops.
