**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy and Planning**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- **Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**:
- Identify and engage prospective clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- **Sales Process Management**:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
- Negotiate terms and agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
- **Collaboration and Reporting**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Skills and Competencies**:
- In-depth knowledge of IT products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable).
