**- Minimum Experience**: 2 years in sales

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct B2B sales on Necom's e-commerce platform with a minimum order quantity of 100 pieces per transaction.
- Generate leads and engage with potential clients to meet sales targets.
- Utilize the provided lead numbers to reach out to potential customers.
- Qualify for the position by successfully completing a task: bring in 2 sales within 4 days.
- Monthly sales target of a minimum of 16 sales.

**Application Process**:
**Compensation**:

- First Month: INR 15,000 salary + INR 500 phone reimbursement.
- Second Month Onwards: INR 20,000 salary + INR 500 phone reimbursement + Commission (if sales exceed the monthly target of 16).

**Work Arrangement**:

- Remote position only.
