**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable **Production Worker
- (Snacks packing)** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for packing snacks into packaging, sealing the packages, and ensuring they are ready for shipment. You will work in a fast-paced production environment, following safety and quality standards to ensure the products are prepared accurately and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Pack Snacks**: Place snacks into appropriate packaging, ensuring proper portioning and arrangement.
- **Sealing**: Operate sealing machines or use manual sealing methods to ensure packages are securely closed and sealed.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring they meet company standards for appearance, size, and packaging integrity.
- **Inventory Management**: Ensure that packaging materials are readily available and notify supervisors when stock levels are low.
- **Machine Operation**: Operate packaging machinery, such as sealing, labeling, and filling machines, and perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting when necessary.
- **Maintain Cleanliness**: Keep the work area clean and organized, following sanitation protocols, especially in food production environments.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety guidelines, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), to ensure a safe work environment.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Basic qualification - 5th grade to diploma
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production quotas.
- Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation protocols, especially in food handling.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good manual dexterity and ability to handle packaging equipment.
- Ability to lift and move heavy boxes (up to 25-50 lbs, depending on company requirements).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary.

**Physical Demands**:

- Standing for long periods.
- Repetitive motion tasks, including lifting, sealing, and packaging.
- Ability to handle and manipulate products safely.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive hourly wage.

**Salary**:

- 280-300 rupees per day
