**Job Type**: Full-time, On-site
- As a _**Sales Executive**_, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and ensuring that clients experience the best of what Meadbery has to offer. Your responsibilities will include:_

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: You’ll initiate contact with potential customers, introduce them to our premium nutritional products, and effectively communicate the benefits.
- **Customer-Centric Sales**: Address client queries, resolve concerns, and ensure they’re matched with the perfect product to suit their needs.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas by identifying opportunities and capitalizing on them.
- **Relationship Building**: Forge long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring they return for continued support and future purchases.
- **Upselling & Cross-Selling**: Maximize sales opportunities by offering additional relevant products to meet their health goals.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain organized customer data and sales pipeline through our CRM system, ensuring seamless follow-ups and targeted outreach.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven Sales Experience**: At least 1 year in a sales or customer service role with a track record of exceeding targets.
- **Fluency in Hindi & English**: Excellent communication skills are a must
- **CRM Familiarity**: Comfortable working with CRM tools to track sales and customer interactions.
- **Driven & Goal-Oriented**: You thrive in fast-paced environments and are always aiming for success.
- **Problem-Solving & Negotiation**: Your ability to think on your feet and close deals is key.
