**Job description**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Follow-up with enquired person and try to close the sales
- Managing staff: Hiring, training, and supervising employees, assigning tasks and responsibilities, and providing feedback and coaching.
- Providing customer service: Ensuring that the branch provides high-quality customer service to clients, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Managing financial performance: Developing and managing budgets, monitoring revenue and expenses, and ensuring that financial goals are met.
- Developing and implementing strategies: Developing and implementing strategies to improve branch performance, such as increasing sales or improving customer satisfaction.
- Managing relationships: Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as clients, vendors, and partners.
- Reporting and analysis: Preparing reports and analyzing data to identify trends, performance metrics, and opportunities for improvement.
- Managing projects: Leading or participating in projects related to the branch, such as developing new products or services, implementing new technology, or improving processes.
- Update the required details in the forms and reporting conversion details to the managers
- Update the data to the sheet and sending report to manager through mail or collaboration tools
- Maintaining office recording and help the organization's branch operation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kovilambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
