**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the Oachira branch and ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle customer onboarding, loan processing, documentation, and disbursement activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing queries and offering timely support.
- Achieve business targets related to client acquisition, collections, and branch performance.
- Supervise and coordinate with the branch team to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of financial transactions and customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, audit procedures, and documentation standards.
- Support management with local marketing and promotional activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in financial services, customer service, or branch operations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of loan processes and basic financial documentation.
- Ability to meet performance targets under deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other basic software tools.

Pay: ₹9,210.88 - ₹23,093.14 per month
