**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research, cold calling, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Present and promote products/services to clients and explain their features and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts, close sales deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order processing.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel as required.
