**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make **cold calls** to potential customers to promote loan products.
- Identify and generate **qualified leads** through calls, referrals, and follow-ups.
- Explain various **loan products** (Personal, Business, and Car Loans) and their features to customers.
- Coordinate with **bankers and loan officers** for timely processing and documentation.
- Maintain **accurate records** of interactions, leads, and status in CRM or tracking sheets.
- Achieve **monthly sales targets** and contribute to team goals.
- Follow up with leads consistently until closure.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 Months of experience in loan sales or telecalling preferred.
- Good communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic understanding of loan products and banking processes.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism.
- Must be target-oriented and result-driven.
