- Handle and resolve online billing queries from patients, insurance companies.
- Process online bills accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Accurately record and manage billing cash, including receiving payments and issuing receipts.
- Regularly submit billing cash details to the Accounts department for reconciliation and auditing.
- Prepare accurate discharge summaries and final bills for patients, ensuring all services and treatments are accounted for.
- Coordinate with medical and nursing staff to gather necessary information for billing purposes.
- Maintain a log of all dispatched documents for tracking and audit purposes.
- Collaborate with various departments, including Accounts, Nursing, and Medical Records, to ensure smooth billing operations.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding billing-related queries and issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
