**Masala New Product Development (NPD) and Research & Development (R&D) Technologist**

**Position Overview**: We are seeking a skilled and innovative Masala NPD and R&D Technologist to join Farmdidi. We are one of the fastest-growing homemade food company that was also featured on Shark Tank Season 3.
- Formulate new products & product refinements based on sensory testing and consumer data.
- Make recommendations in the design of new manufacturing processes or modify current equipment or processes.
- Strong recipe replication capabilities with analytical backing.
- Review methods to improve quality of new food products during mass production
- Troubleshoot new or modified production processes to resolve production, quality and regulatory compliance issues.
- Propose process control, sampling and monitoring points and related performance requirements to achieve critical material attributes of final products.
- Guide testing activities to ensure appropriate test methods and conditions are employed. Train and supervise employees GMP and GHP.
- Create process controls and preventative actions through HACCP system/principles. Strong knowledge about traditional preservation techniques and permissible preservatives Understand Rural environment and design process flow.
- Fluency in **Marathi **is preferable, Willingness to **visit villages** mandatory.

**Job Timings**: 09:30am -6:30pm

**Salary**:2-3 LPA

**Qualifications**:An advanced degree, such as a Master of Science or Ph. D. in Food Science
