We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Social Media Post Designer & Conceptualiser** to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about design, understands social media trends, and can think creatively to conceptualize visually engaging content that resonates with audiences across various platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative concepts, themes, and ideas for social media campaigns.
- Design static posts, carousels, reels, infographics, stories, and other visual content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
- Work closely with content writers, marketing managers, and brand teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Stay up to date with the latest design and social media trends, adapting visuals accordingly.
- Ensure consistency of brand aesthetics and messaging across all designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Contribute fresh ideas for engagement, virality, and visual storytelling.
- Collaborate with video editors, animators, and photographers when necessary.
- Maintain an organized archive of design assets and content.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a portfolio focused on social media content.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or other design tools.
- A good sense of aesthetics, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to conceptualize ideas and translate them into visual storytelling.
- Understanding of platform-specific requirements (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Motion graphics or video editing skills (using tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro) are a plus.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of motion graphics is a plus.
