**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our legal team. The intern will provide support in various legal projects, gain practical experience in legal research, drafting, and other legal tasks, and learn about the inner workings of our legal department. This is an excellent opportunity for a law student or recent graduates to develop their skills and gain valuable insights into the legal profession.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Legal Research**: Conduct thorough and accurate legal research on various topics, including statutes, case law, regulations, and legal precedents.
- **Document Drafting**: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, memoranda, briefs, and correspondence.
- **Case Preparation**: Support the legal team in preparing for hearings, trials, and meetings by organizing documents, evidence, and exhibits.
- **Administrative Support**: Perform administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, and managing legal documents and records.
- **Client Interaction**: Assist in communicating with clients, gathering information, and responding to inquiries under supervision.
- **Compliance**: Assist in ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements by conducting audits and reviewing company policies.
- **Special Projects**: Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned by the Senior Legal Counsel.

**Qualifications**:

- **Knowledge**: Basic understanding of legal principles, procedures, and terminology.
- **Skills**:

- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous internship or work experience in a legal setting.
- Strong interest in [specific area of law relevant to the company, e.g., corporate law, intellectual property, etc.].

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
