- Managing reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the booking process.
- Collaborating with other departments to coordinate special requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Providing information about resort amenities, packages, and promotions.
- Resolving any issues or concerns related to reservations with a proactive and customer-centric approach.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or reservations is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with reservation systems and basic computer proficiency.

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Ability to Commute**:

- Wayanad, Kerala (required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
