Marketing and Sales Executive Job Profile:
Objective of this Role:
2. Meet the Purchase Manager, Technical Head, Senior Management to show the Presentation of the company, its products and the advantages they can get by using the products.

3. Understand the Applications, Usage, Advantages of the Refractory Products and demonstrate it to the customers.

4. Develop and implement a rigorous marketing plan Area Wise and Territory Wise for the customer and gather data of the products the customer is using and results they are getting.

5. Identify New Clients through different mediums and approach for Appointments and

Maintain regular follow-up Cycles.

6. Maintain Customer Wise Record, prepare Presentations for the products, its demonstrations and show it to existing clients and new prospective clients.

7. Plan a Sales Forecast for Products area wise and territory wise and develop strategies to achieve it.

Daily and Monthly Job Responsibilities:
1. Maintain Working Relationships with existing clients and their needs.

2. Identify new clients through different mediums.

3. Focus Sales Efforts by Studying Existing and Potential Volume of the Customers and Dealers.

4. Set Appointments with New Clients and meet their Senior Management to showcase the products and its advantages and Maintain a Regular Follow-Up Cycle with them.

5. Gather all the data of the customers and the products they are using and a create a different set of the same.

6. Monitor Competition by gathering Current Market Place Information on Pricing, Products,

New Products and different marketing strategies.

7. Gather In-Depth knowledge of the products in coordination with the Technical Department, attending Education Workshops, Reviewing Professional Publications.

8. Plan, Execute and Inform Management about the Daily Visit Report, Weekly Report and

Monthly Report.

9. Understand customers Practices and recommend the best suitable products to them by evaluating results, competitive developments and maintain regular interval follow-up.

10. Submit Sales Forecast and Plan in advance expected Orders.

12. Discuss with Management and Technical Department about any queries or feedbacks received from the customers and try to solve it.

13. Resolve any customer complaints related to any issue by investigating problems, developing

Solutions, Preparing Reports and making recommendation the management.

14. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
