**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about our products/services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain a database of customer information and update records regularly.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
- Work closely with the sales/marketing team for campaign coordination.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th / Graduate
- Good communication skills in English/Hindi/Regional Language
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Patience and ability to handle rejection.
- Previous experience in telecalling.
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
