The Social Creative Designer is responsible for creatively representing information to help fulfill the center's objectives. Creative imagery and customized designs to visualize information in a visually attractive way that will increase engagement among the relevant target audience. Take into consideration multiple aspects including actual message being communicated, organizational objectives, target audience, and platform best practices when creating any designs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create images that creatively convey a message
- Content creation
- Develop graphics and visual or audio images for product illustrations, logos, and social media platforms
- Create designs either by hand or using computer software packages
- Select colors, images, text style, and layout
- Incorporate changes recommended by management into the final design
- Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them
- Create PowerPoint templates
- Design graphics, banners and other Web images to be a part of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Effectively designs in a clean, well-structured, easily maintainable format
- Utilizes wire framing and graphic sketches where appropriate
- Contribute to conceptualizing campaigns and activations from a creative perspective
- Help create guidelines and creative identities where needed
- Ensure digital/social best practices are applied and brand guidelines are followed
- Proactively suggest creative content / designs based on solid understanding of strategic objectives

Education & Experience:

- Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years' prior experience in a digital agency or equivalent
- Experience working on Adobe Illustration - Photoshop - InDesign - Premiere - After Effects
- Experience in motion graphics, animation, and/or video editing
- Enthusiastic about social media and experience using social media platforms
- Able to meet deadlines and follow internal processes
- Able to work under pressure
- Proactive in proposing new ideas and concepts
- Collaborative, flexible can-do work style
- Able to show portfolio of previous successful work
- Possess solid understanding of design and user experience, leverage data where possible to ensure maximizing usability
- Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative, innovative, flexible and team-oriented environment
- Details oriented individual who reviews his/her work carefully. Quality control is key.
- Positive attitude towards challenges
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team (Energetic team spirit)
- Extremely driven with a desire to develop skills regularly
- Professional demeanor with high degree of comfort speaking with internal & external stakeholder
