- Responsible to develop high quality creative designs and should be delivered on time as per the schedule.
- Responsible to ensure the adaptation and quality of the creative works.
- Should be responsible to deliver the designs as per the targets of the month.
- Responsible to handle multiple works if necessary, especially for the marketing activities of Cybertrain Technologies as well as for clients.
- Responsible to ensure the handling time of each work will be as per the schedule.
- Should ensure more than 90 % positive feedback about the works.
- Responsible to ensure the monthly ideal target achievement of the no of works of the team is met by guiding them on creative & professional aspects.
- Ability to handle the designing team & monitor them on their performance.
- Ensure that the creative team is working as per the target allotted to them, any deviation must be addressed and clarified.
- Responsible to making sure that creative team is submitting the daily report and verify them for output.
- Ensure there is no delay in designs being send to client after approval.
- Responsible for providing suggestions/recommendation to improve the quality of the creative department as a report to the management.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATION**:

- Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate diploma
- Knowledge of Adobe softwares such as motion graphics, 3D, 2D experterize, adobe premiere pro, Aftereffect, XD and 3D software, blender. ideation, conceptualization, execution, creative suit,UI/UX knowledge,content visualization and conceptualization.
- Minimum 5 - 6 years of experience as graphics designer/creative designing role.
- Creativity, Communication, Typography, Presentation, Time Management, Branding, Aesthetics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
