**Job Title: Meta Ads Executive**

**Location: Indira Nagar, Lucknow (Onsite)**

**Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month**

**Working Days: Monday to Saturday**

We are looking for a results-driven **Meta Ads Executive** to manage and scale Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for D2C brands and lead generation clients. You’ll be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing ad campaigns to drive high-quality leads and sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and manage Meta Ads campaigns for D2C and service-based businesses
- Track performance metrics like CTR, CPL, ROAS, and optimize accordingly
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and copy
- Attend client meetings (offline/online) to understand their business objectives, campaign goals, and target audience.
- Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights
- Coordinate with the creative team for high-performing ad creatives

**Requirements**:

- 6 months to 1 year experience in Meta Ads
- Solid understanding of lead funnels and D2C conversion strategy
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Pixel setup
- Strong analytical and communication skills
