Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Centre Head. As a Centre Head,
you will play a crucial role in the smooth operations of our educational institution. Your responsibilities will
encompass a diverse range of tasks aimed at ensuring the efficient functioning of the centre.
*Responsibilities:*
1. Arihant Edge Application Management
- Coordinate assignment, exam marks entry, exam details entry and lecture schedules through the platform.
- Update the video library with relevant content.
- Maintain the CRM system with accurate information
- Keep track of supervisors' details for effective communication.
- Manage paper correctors' information for seamless evaluation
- Follow up on students' details, fees, and necessary updates.
- Regularly update and manage inquiries from potential students.
- Track on exam syllabus.
- Track on allotted no of hours for completion of a given chapter.
2. Financial Management
- Maintain and update petty cash records.
- Ensure proper clearance of suspense accounts.
- Handle cash and cheque deposits as required
3. Student Engagement and Administration
- Provide information and counselling to prospective students.
- Oversee the admission process, ensuring a smooth experience for students
- Make data calls to students as necessary.
- Manage instalment payment arrangements for students
4. Documentation and Records
- File and organize all bills, slips, and essential documents efficiently.
- Coordinate the distribution of educational books.
- Maintain accurate records of the library's inventory and usage.
5. Operational Efficiency
- Create and manage requisitions for necessary supplies and resources

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
