**Customer Assistance: (FULL TIME / PART TIME)**
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Provide clear and concise instructions on how to operate various arcade games.
- Offer assistance and troubleshooting support for game-related issues.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- **RFID and Ticket Management**:

- Assist customers with the use of RFID cards for game activation and credit loading.
- Accurately process ticket dispensing and redemption, ensuring proper handling of tickets and prizes.
- Add credits to customer RFID cards.
- Maintain accurate records of RFID card transactions and ticket inventory.
- **Game Promotion and Engagement**:

- Actively encourage customers to try different games and participate in promotions.
- Explain game rules and features to enhance customer enjoyment.
- Maintain a clean and organized arcade environment, ensuring games are in good working order.
- Demonstrate games to customers.
- **Operational Support**:

- Monitor game performance and report any technical issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure the arcade is clean, safe, and presentable at all times.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling, customer service, and safety.
- Open and close the arcade as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with RFID systems (training provided).
- Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Must be able to work, weekends, and holidays

Full Time: Timings (10:30 am to 7:30 pm)

Part Time: 3500/ Per Month (Timings 5pm to 9:30pm)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹8,900.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
