Please find below the job description:
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Planning for scheduling of power on advance basis forward/return & sale
- Monthly energy certificates & reconciliation letters & update the calculation sheet accordingly.
- Handle curtailment issues as per the SOP and ensures no deviation is made
- Regular preparation of all the reports on time with zero error
- Checking & prepare Reports - UTR Sheet, Daily scheduling sheet, Monthly data & sheet etc
- Submission of consolidated requirements related to IT software to HOD for their approval.
- Acting as a single point of contact to client and coordinating with KEIPL other departments to resolve client query
- Gathering client satisfaction feedback for working on regular intervals and take measures to enhance the skills
- Update yourself with regulatory knowledge and Learn existing/new markets on exchange platform
- Bidding on GTAM, TAM, RTM, DAM
