Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

- Delivers tasks given related to business processes and reference data on time and to agreed quality, completing to set procedures.
- Solves basic problems / queries.
- Gets proficient with Company’s policies and procedures.
- Performs routine assignments at entry level
- Performs moderately complex and multifaceted assignments within an administrative function
- Drafts parts of reports for internal and external collaborators with a high degree of accuracy
- Develops knowledge of and ensures any work is conducted in line with LSEG design and content standards
- Provides support to the team by co-ordinating meetings, printing materials, taking minutes and maintaining accurate action and decision logs
- Must have effective written and verbal communication skills to build strong interpersonal relationships.
- Have strong organization and time management skills with the ability to work without distraction.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Applies general knowledge of business, developed through education, to make informed judgements
- Must have completed introductory accounting courses and have a basic understanding of financial principles.
- Must have a very high sense of rigor to prevent any form of mistake that may occur in the process of documenting financial information.
