Job Opportunity: Industrial Trainee

We are offering a unique chance for CA Final students to join our organization under the ICAI Industrial Training framework.

This role is primarily focused on strengthening internal controls, testing risk management frameworks, and supporting business finance functions.

The trainee will be part of a dynamic team responsible for identifying control gaps and developing remediation plans, working closely with different departments to assess process-level risks and recommend improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing audits across business functions.
  • Participate in operational audits and compliance reviews.
  • Assist in walkthroughs and testing of internal controls as part of ICFR frameworks.
  • Identify and address control gaps, developing remediation plans.
  • Work closely with different departments to assess process-level risks and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong conceptual understanding of accounting, auditing, and internal controls.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.
  • Hands-on exposure to internal audit methodologies and ICFR testing frameworks.
