**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media, and SEO.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and make data-driven decisions to enhance results.
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), creating and scheduling content, and engaging with the audience.
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and SEO-friendly content for the website, blog, and other digital channels.
- Optimize website and landing pages for search engines (SEO) and improve user experience (UX).
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our strategies are ahead of the curve.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and audience engagement.
- Monitor and report on KPIs to measure the success of marketing campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing or similar roles.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.
- Graphic design skills (e.g., using Canva and Photoshop) are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
