**Preparing purchase requisitions**

**Getting approvals and issuing purchase orders in accordance with the company policy and negotiate terms and conditions.**

**Negotiation with vendor and supplier.**

**Should have the knowledge of civil lines purchasing.**

**Purchasing knowledge of furnitures ,pulmbing materials ,tiles,marbels,granites etc.**

**They also perform other duties such as preparing reports, tracking orders, ensuring timely deliveries, and reviewing the quality of purchased products.**

**Review quality of purchased products.**

**Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.**

**Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jamshedpur, Jharkhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 4 years (preferred)
