Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the movement of goods from manufacturing units to retail stores and clients.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch and delivery of products while maintaining quality standards.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, vendors, and transportation partners.
- Optimize logistics operations by analyzing and improving routes, schedules, and costs.
- Prepare and manage documentation related to shipments, and inventory.
- Collaborate with the delivery partner team to manage undelivered shipments and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics and recommend process improvements.
- Address and resolve logístical challenges, including delays, damages, or shortages.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in logistics coordination, supply chain management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in working with computer, MS Office, Google Drive, and other basic computer programs and softwares.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to convince others.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
