**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Develop career services programs that will help students in exploring and planning career options.
2. Conduct student assessments to evaluate aptitude and personality traits.
3. Work with students and help them develop their career roadmap and set goals.
4. Conduct training, workshops, lectures, presentations, and other events to develop career planning and employability skills for students.
5. Develop a positive working relationship with faculty, administration, and co-workers to achieve desired goals.
6. Coordinate with academic advisors to help students make career choices based on their academic majors.
7. Research and analyze current employment trends in various industries.
8. Educate students on resume building, interview skills, and professionalism.
9. Conduct mock interviews and job search workshops for students.
10. Conduct career awareness events and job fairs for students.
11. Execute outreach programs to promote career services among students.
12. Provide individual student planning and responsive services to support students and their families regarding academic matters.
14. Consult, facilitate, and maintain communication with parents, teachers, administrators, and pertinent agents on specific student, parent academic, and educational matters including academic modifications and/or accommodations.
