**Hiring an Invoicing Specialist for an E-commerce company**

**CTC: 25k to 30k**

**Location: Malad**
**Experience: 2 to 4 years.**

**Position Overview**:
As an Invoicing Specialist in our e-commerce company, you will play a crucial role in managing the invoicing process efficiently and accurately. You will be responsible for generating, processing, and maintaining invoices for our transactions, ensuring timely and accurate billing to our customers. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams within the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Invoicing Generation**:
Generate invoices for all completed transactions accurately and in a timely manner.

Ensure that all relevant information such as product details, quantities, prices, discounts, and taxes are correctly reflected on the invoices.

**Billing Accuracy**:
Verify the accuracy of invoices against sales orders, contracts, and other transaction documents.

Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing, including pricing discrepancies, missing information, or customer disputes.

**Billing Systems Management**:
Utilize billing software or systems to process invoices efficiently.

Maintain and update customer billing information and records in the billing system.

**Invoice Delivery**:
Ensure that invoices are delivered promptly and securely to the appropriate recipients.

**Payment Processing**:
Monitor and track invoice payments to ensure timely receipt of payments from customers.

Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile payments and resolve any payment-related issues.

**Customer Communication**:
Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding billing inquiries, payment reminders, and invoice-related issues.

Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.

**Reporting and Documentation**:
Prepare and maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and billing activities.

Generate regular reports on billing and payment status for management review.

**Process Improvement**:
Identify opportunities for process improvements in the invoicing and billing process to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and streamline billing processes.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience in invoicing, billing, or accounting roles, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.

Strong proficiency in using billing software or ERP systems for invoice processing.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to reconcile complex billing issues.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments to achieve common goals.
