Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Management:
Upload and manage products on Shopify and other sales platforms.

Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and visuals.

Regularly update inventory and monitor website functionality.

Client Relations:
Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.

Assist with order follow-ups, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction.

Develop and nurture relationships with clients, offering personalized support.

Graphic Design:
Create visually appealing marketing materials, including banners, social media posts, and promotional designs.

Collaborate on design needs for exhibitions and events.

Exhibition Support:
Assist in planning and setting up exhibitions, ensuring a smooth execution.

Represent the brand at events, engaging with clients and maintaining a professional image.

Administrative Tasks:
Coordinate follow-ups with vendors, suppliers, and partners.

Maintain organized records of tasks and client communications.

**Requirements**:
Proficiency in Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.

Basic graphic design skills; familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Interest in fashion, luxury, or sustainability is desirable.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
