**Role Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and evaluate preschool and school curriculum frameworks that align with educational standards.
- Collaborate with educators to design engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences.
- Conduct research on current educational trends to ensure curriculum relevance and effectiveness.
- Provide training and support to teachers on curriculum implementation and instructional strategies.
- Assess and analyze student performance data to refine curriculum and teaching methods.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for educators and school staff.
- Create and curate instructional materials and resources for diverse learning environments.
- Monitor classroom practices to ensure fidelity to the curriculum.
- Engage with parents and the community to promote understanding of the curriculum objectives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop integrated programs that cater to all children’s needs.
- Stay updated on educational technology and tools to enhance curriculum delivery.
- Adapt curriculum based on feedback from teachers, students, and stakeholders.
- Participate in curriculum reviews and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Promote best practices in early childhood education.
- Support the implementation of assessments aligned with curriculum objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in curriculum development or educational roles.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and learning theories.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing effective teaching strategies.
- Knowledge of preschool and school educational standards in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and utilize data to inform decision-making.
- Skilled in developing engaging educational content and resources.
- Experience working collaboratively with teachers and educational leaders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing educational landscapes.
- Creative and innovative mindset for educational improvement.
- Familiarity with educational technologies and tools.
- Passion for enhancing early childhood education.
- Ability to facilitate professional development sessions effectively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
