**Job Title: Sales Executive - International Business**

**Responsibilities**:
**Market Expansion**:

- Identify and analyze potential markets for our products/services on a global scale.
- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new international markets.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape.

**Client Acquisition**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Generate leads and proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition.

**Sales Growth**:

- Achieve and exceed sales targets for international markets.
- Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services.

**Negotiation and Closing**:

- Lead negotiations with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Close sales deals and finalize contracts under company policies.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in international markets.
- Strong understanding of global business trends and cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding targets.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Previous experience in the industry related to the company's products/services.
